Big Mess!!
Its in a mess! No no.. I'm not talking abt my room. Yeah yeah yeah.. I know that usually the mother of all messyness is my room but now it has spread to the entire house!!!
Since my dad is back for his leave, he has not been getting any rest at all. Instead a list of chores were waiting for him as since he's here only for the next 30 days, all of the neccessary stuff need to be done. One of it was to register at ROMM and that has been done. :)
Next on the agenda is to paint the house. I've been living here for abt 8 years plus and so far we have yet to change the colour of these lily white walls. Since my dad is the only one who knows how to paint the house, the job is his.
And this is where it gets messy. It would definately be a lot lot easier if there was NOTHING in this house but unfortunately our house is packed mcm rumah karang guni. So for the past 2 days, our house dah macam tongkang pecah with everything not in its original place and its creating a big headache to my mom who likes things to be in order. But what to do.. Nak rumah cantik kan during the wedding kan?? Kena lah bersabar.. Ni semua C-O-B-A-A-N....
I want to help but there nothing much I can do now except to wait till everything is done and then I concentrate on spring cleaning my room. There's a lot of junk that needs to be thrown out. At times, while filtering the things I need and dont, I tend to keep those unwanted stuff again cos why?? Sayang nak buang.. Bole kasi orang... But biler nak kasi orang, sayang lah nak kasi.. I think I can use it.. Yeah right!!! In the end, it will be kept in my cupboard AGAIN & continue collecting dust for the next few years!!
No no no... This wont do. I reli have to pick up the courage not to be a karang guni lady.. Tak pakai pun simpan khazanah2 lama ni.. Hopefully by the time I need to spring clean, I can find that sort of courage. But for now, its oready past my bed time and I need to catch some beauty rest..
Eh wait.... where are my pillows??!! *rummage thru rumah tongkang pecah*
