Wearing out
The past few days my attention span has been very short.. Can't focus on completing my task and at times mid-way, I would stop and surf the net.. Felt very bad cos my boss really trust me to do my job and yet I've been "curi tulang"(as they say in malay) or "eat snake" (as they say in chinese). As for how they say in Tamil, cikgu blum ajar lagi... hehehhee...
Its not that I've nothing to do at work.. Padahal, my workload is piling up very very high.. A lot of pending cases that I've been sitting on.. Macam malas nak put in the effort to solve it.. And den the past few days, asyik bangun lambat ajer... and bcos of that I always have to run for the bus.. (tat's y I prefer to wear flats instead). Actually nak update blog ni pun malas.. Rather like to surf and read online stuff.
As a result of staring at the PC for more than 10 hours each day, my poor eyes are suffering frm it... At class, I can't copy my notes properly cos I have to squint biler tengok the projector screen.. I know its time to change my glasses but skarang tengah bulan gelap so decided to put it on hold till Dec..
Den on Wed, I dragged mom to Westmall to accompany me to take the develop photos and the plan was collect photos and go hm.. Abih my mom plak nak gi Tom & Stephanie's to get some things so singgah kejap lah.. Then we by past the optical shop that both of us frequent and at that moment, I ask mom if I could get IOU frm her 1st cos I didn't want to wait till Dec to make my glasses and she said OK.. Yipee!!!
Actually, another reason that I wanted to make them earlier cos I feel in love with this pair of red frames that the lady recommended.. One thing abt this shop that I like is that they carry very stylo milo looking frames.. The current pair that I'm wearing pun actually was worn by tis lady.. & at times, I like to drop by her shop to have a look at what new glasses that she's wearing. I also notice tat their designs are rarely seen at other optical shop. There was even one time when a total stranger asked me where I bought my glasses..(dah mcm walking advertisement)
So skarang dah dapat my cerminmata idaman, I can sleep sound again.. But that pair of glasses cost me $370!!! The price of looking gd... and another sad thing is that my degree went up again.. This time L-900 and R-725...
Itulah, mak suruh makan carrot tak nak kan... padan muka aku...
