Fruit for the Day
Its been a very long time eversince I pampered myself with spa treatments. I miss those relaxing massages.. Who says sitting infront of the PC for 8 hours everyday is not tiring?? Shoulders muscles are tight, back pain, wrist pain & not to mention by sitting down for long period of time MIGHT result in in ur bums getting bigger!!!! I say MIGHT cos there's no scientific proof YET.. If there is, kindly inform me and I will blog it down.
And since this month, i've burn a hole in my pocket AGAIN... I decided to do some DIY spa treatment myself... Nothing fancy in mind, cos 1) no big bathtub to soak into and 2) my hands not long enuff to massage my back(obviously!!) So I decided to scrub myself clean by using BODYSHOP Papaya Scrub... After that I smelt Papaya-licious and not to mention my soft silky skin!!!! I even did a facial scrub to get rid of the blackheads and the dirt that normal cleansing can't get rid off...
Later before going to bed, I'm gonna take out my BODYSHOP lavander eye-bag frm the fridge and sleep with that on..  Sweet dreams to me tonite!!!!
